Privacy Policy

The Elevation Project, LLC (“The Elevation Project,” “Elevation Project,” “Atholos Performance Leaders”, “Atholos”,“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to elevationprox.com and other websites, event registration pages, checkout pages, forms, and online services operated by The Elevation Project that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Site”).
This Policy does not replace any separate privacy terms that may apply to a specific consulting engagement, service agreement, event, program, or third-party platform.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide to Us
Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide information such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Billing address
- Company, organization, or professional affiliation
- Professional affiliation membership ID
- Job title or role
- Contact form messages and other communications
- Event registration information
- Dietary, accessibility, or accommodation requests you choose to provide
- Account information, if account functionality is available
- Information provided when registering another attendee
- Other information you voluntarily submit
Event Registration and Attendee Information
When tickets are purchased through our Site, we may collect information about both the person making the purchase and the individual attendees associated with the order.
Depending on the event and registration settings, attendee information may include names, email addresses, organizations, job titles, responses to registration questions, and other information necessary to administer the event.
If you provide personal information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information for purposes of registering that individual for the event.
Payment and Transaction Information
Payments made through our Site are processed using Stripe.
Stripe may collect payment card information, billing information, device information, transaction information, and other information necessary to process and secure a transaction.
The Elevation Project generally does not receive or store your complete payment card number. We may receive and retain information associated with the transaction, such as your name, billing information, amount paid, payment status, transaction identifier, order information, and limited payment-method information.
Stripe processes information according to its own privacy practices and its agreements with merchants using its services.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Site, certain information may be collected automatically, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate geographic location, referring website or source, pages viewed, links or buttons clicked, dates and times of visits, session information, shopping cart activity, interactions with event and checkout pages, and cookie or similar technology identifiers.
2. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to better understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics may collect browser and device information, approximate geographic information, pages visited, session activity, referring sources, and pseudonymous identifiers stored in cookies.
We use this information to understand Site performance, improve content and navigation, evaluate marketing efforts, and better understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google may process information collected through Google Analytics according to Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
We do not intentionally send information such as names, email addresses, or payment card numbers to Google Analytics. Additional information about cookies and analytics choices is available in our Cookie & Consent Policy.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to provide and operate the Site; respond to inquiries; provide requested information or services; process event registrations; process and confirm purchases; issue tickets, receipts, confirmations, or refunds; communicate important information about an event; verify attendee registration; manage event capacity and attendance; provide customer support; prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions; maintain security; understand and improve the Site; analyze traffic and usage; maintain financial and business records; comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations; protect our rights, property, users, attendees, and others; and send promotional communications when permitted by law and consistent with your communication preferences.
We may also use information for other purposes disclosed when the information is collected or with your consent.
4. Transactional and Marketing Communications
When you register for an event or make a purchase, we may send communications necessary to administer the transaction or event, including order confirmations, tickets, receipts, schedule information, venue information, important event changes, and customer-service communications.
Transactional communications are not marketing communications and may be necessary to fulfill your purchase.
If you separately choose to receive marketing communications, you may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe option included in those messages or by contacting us. Purchasing a ticket does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing emails where separate consent is required by applicable law.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
Service Providers
We may use third parties to provide hosting, website functionality, analytics, event management, email delivery, payment processing, security, technical support, professional services, and other business functions. These providers may receive information necessary to perform services on our behalf.
Stripe
We disclose information to Stripe as necessary to process payments, prevent fraud, issue refunds, and provide related payment services.
Google Analytics
Information about Site usage may be processed through Google Analytics as described above.
Event Venues and Service Providers
When reasonably necessary to administer an event, information may be provided to venues, registration personnel, event technology providers, security providers, caterers, accessibility providers, or similar vendors. We seek to limit such information to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
Co-Hosts, Presenting Organizations, and Event Partners
Some events may be presented, hosted, or produced with another organization. We may share attendee registration information, including attendee names, email addresses, organizations, job titles, and registration responses, with a co-host or presenting organization when that sharing is part of administering or jointly presenting the event and is disclosed at or before registration.
For the Atholos Performance Leaders – Campfire Summit, presented by Elevation Project, Atholos will receive attendee registration information, including the attendee list and email addresses, for purposes related to the jointly presented event. Any independent use of attendee information by Atholos is subject to Atholos’s own privacy practices.
We do not automatically grant event sponsors unrestricted access to attendee personal information merely because they sponsor an event.
Legal and Safety Purposes
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process; respond to lawful government requests; enforce our agreements and policies; investigate fraud or security incidents; or protect the safety, rights, or property of The Elevation Project, attendees, customers, or others.
Business Transactions
Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
6. Selling or Sharing Personal Information
The Elevation Project does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
As of the Effective Date, we do not intentionally use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Some privacy laws define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly than ordinary usage. If our technology or business practices constitute such activity under applicable law, we will provide any required notice, consent mechanism, or opt-out right.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, maintain shopping carts and checkout sessions, process secure payments, prevent fraud, remember preferences, measure Site performance, and understand Site usage. See our Cookie & Consent Policy for additional information.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, administering events, maintaining transaction and accounting records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, insurance, or regulatory obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal requirements and technical limitations.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about categories collected or disclosed, opt-out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising activities, limitation of certain uses of sensitive information, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

10. Global Privacy Control and Browser Signals
Where required by applicable law and technically applicable to our data practices, we will honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not governed by a single universally accepted standard, and the Site may not respond to all such signals.
11. International Visitors
The Elevation Project is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable privacy law provides additional rights or requires a particular legal basis for processing, we will process information consistent with those requirements.
12. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No Internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site without legally required authorization. Elevation Project events are generally intended for adults age 18 and older unless an event page expressly states otherwise.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing personal information.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make changes, we will revise the Effective Date or Last Updated date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice when required by law.
