Leadership in player health and performance requires more than technical expertise. It requires the ability to lead people, align multiple disciplines, navigate organizational dynamics, communicate vision, and build an environment where both practitioners and athletes can thrive.

The Atholos Performance Leaders – Campfire Summit, presented by Elevation Project, is a one-day experience created for current and aspiring leaders across player health and performance.

Whether you currently direct a performance department or are preparing to move from practitioner to director or team member to team leader, the summit will explore the internal and external factors that shape effective performance leadership.

The day will be divided into two complementary journeys:

Morning Sessions: The Internal Journey

Explore the personal, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities required to transition from highly skilled practitioner to effective servant leader, including how our own experiences and biases influence the way we lead.

Afternoon Sessions: The External Journey

Examine the organizational relationships, communication, collaboration, and dynamics required to create a thriving player health and performance environment. The discussion will explore how alignment can foster empowerment, connection, and resilience across high-performing teams.
