Atholos Performance Leaders – Campfire Summit

Building the bridge from practitioner to performance leader.
Leadership in player health and performance requires more than technical expertise. It requires the ability to lead people, align disciplines, navigate organizational dynamics, communicate effectively, and build an environment where both practitioners and athletes can perform at their best.
The Atholos Performance Leaders – Campfire Summit, presented by Elevation Project and Atholos Performance Leaders, is a one-day experience created for current and aspiring leaders across player health and performance.
Whether you are already directing a performance department or preparing to take the next step from practitioner to director, team member to team leader, this summit will explore the internal and external factors that are critical to succeeding in a performance leadership role.
The day will be divided into two complementary journeys:
Morning Sessions: The Internal Journey
Explore the personal, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities required to make the transition from highly skilled practitioner to effective performance leader.
Afternoon Sessions: The External Journey
Examine the organizational relationships, communication, collaboration, and external dynamics that influence the success of a player health and performance department.
The Campfire Summit is designed to bring together professionals from across the performance ecosystem, including:
- Performance directors and managers
- Medical practitioners
- Performance coaches
- Sports psychologists and mental performance coaches
- Sport scientists
- Practitioners aspiring to future leadership roles
Attendees will spend the day learning from speakers, engaging with fellow performance professionals, and examining what it takes to successfully lead multidisciplinary teams in high-performance environments.
